	With the update today the option was added to store full relic sets (5/5) at the armor storage NPCs. This led to the question of whether or not people can obtain a second piece of the same relic to fill up the hole left by upgrading a piece to a +1 (i.e. upgrading RDM relic hat to relic+1, and then acquiring another RDM relic hat to be able to store the set on an NPC). Due to the rarity of relic pieces (as opposed to requestable regular AF), we will not allow people that have upgraded to +1 to bid on the regular piece again. There is enough competition as is without having some people trying to obtain the same piece twice. The only exception to this is if a piece is about to go into autodistribute due to nobody bidding on it (including open bids).
